What happens if a collaborator is deactivated?
They are no longer shown in active searches and cannot be assigned new tasks. However, their record remains in the system for reference or possible reactivation.

Where can I view a collaborator’s documents and logs?
Use the Documents and Logs modals within each collaborator’s profile to review uploaded files and system-based activity logs.
