Welcome to SARA
Introduction
SARA (Sistema Automático de Reportes AUROM), translated as AUROM Automatic Report System, is a web-based ERP designed to streamline your organization’s administration workflows. The platform is accessible across multiple devices and operating systems thanks to its responsive, adaptable user interface. By providing a unified interface for tasks like managing suppliers, purchasing, timesheets, collaborators, logistics, and more, SARA helps ensure data consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all departments.
Note
This documentation guides you through SARA’s main modules and features. Whether you’re new to the platform or a seasoned administrator, you’ll find everything you need to get started quickly.
SARA's Functionality Concepts
General Concept
SARA is designed for use by all levels of the organization. Its design prioritizes simplicity and consistency across modules and transactions. Each module consists of a set of transactions—typically displayed as a catalog or list—which you can access based on your permissions.
Most processes begin with creating a new entry that requests only the minimum amount of information needed to be effective and fast. Once an entry is created, editing it will reveal additional options and fields. Users are encouraged to explore the available actions (often under dropdown menus) and refine their entries as they become familiar with the transactions they use.
Workflows & Pipelines
Note
Many processes in SARA follow a status-driven workflow, where records move through a pipeline and may be returned for changes depending on permissions. See: Workflows & Pipelines
Logs & History
One of SARA’s core principles is maintaining a comprehensive log of user actions and data changes:
- Transparency: Every key event (e.g., record creation, modification, deletion) is recorded with timestamps and user details.
- Auditability: Logs help investigate past decisions and confirm compliance.
- Traceability: If disputes or errors occur, you can review who made which changes and when.
Logs and history are available across most transactions and help ensure transparency and audit readiness.
For more details, see Logs & History.

SARA uses a consistent interface across transactions (tables, filters, actions, and navigation) so users can apply the same patterns throughout the system.
