Troubleshooting access
- If the "New collaborator" button, "Welcome email" button, "Edit", "Documents", "Logs", or "Deactivate" row actions are not visible, the
editpermission is missing. - If the "Id generation" row action is not visible, the
create idpermission is missing. - If the Collaborator documents tab does not appear in the Settings modal (mosaic icon → Settings), the
collaborator tabpermission is missing. - If a user is not receiving document expiry warning or expiration emails, the
email of expired documentspermission is missing.
