This page documents the permissions used in the Collaborators feature. Permissions determine which transactions a user can access and which actions are available within them.

For general access concepts and permission categories, see: Permissions & Access

Troubleshooting access

  • If the "New collaborator" button, "Welcome email" button, "Edit", "Documents", "Logs", or "Deactivate" row actions are not visible, the edit permission is missing.
  • If the "Id generation" row action is not visible, the create id permission is missing.
  • If the Collaborator documents tab does not appear in the Settings modal (mosaic icon → Settings), the collaborator tab permission is missing.
  • If a user is not receiving document expiry warning or expiration emails, the email of expired documents permission is missing.

For system-wide troubleshooting, see: Permissions & Access
