About SARA

Overview

SARA (Sistema Automático de Reportes AUROM — AUROM Automatic Report System) is AUROM’s web-based ERP. It provides a unified, responsive interface (multi-device, multi-OS) to manage day-to-day operations across multiple business areas.

SARA is designed around transactions (screens/URLs) and workflows (status-driven pipelines). Records include logs and history to support transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.

What you can do in SARA

Depending on your permissions, SARA can be used to:

  • Manage catalogs and master data used across the organization.
  • Run operational workflows (for example: purchasing, inventory movements, timesheets, vacations, trainings).
  • Track approvals and handoffs between roles and departments.
  • Generate structured records that can be audited through logs and history.
