FAQs & Best Practices

Who can create or edit events?
Users with Events permissions (typically HR or administrative roles).

Can I remove an image after it’s uploaded?
Yes. You can delete images individually or remove all images associated with an event.

What if I need to reorder photos?
Use the sortable-gallery or reorder function to drag photos into the desired position.

How do I share these event images with staff?
Use the massive download option or create a news item in the welcome page (if configured) linking to the event’s gallery.

Are deactivated events gone forever?
No. They remain in the system but are hidden from standard searches and lists, preserving their records for auditing or future reactivation.
