Trainings — Transactions

Overview

The Trainings feature is used to register internal trainings and track which collaborators have completed them, including optional proof documents (certificates).

Trainings

Overview

This transaction supports both:

  • A catalog of trainings (code, name, duration, status).
  • Assignments that link a collaborator to a training, including an optional completion date and supporting documents.

What you will see

  • A list of registered trainings.
  • A list of training assignments (collaborator, training, completion date).
  • Proof documents attached to assignments (if uploaded).

What you can do here

  • Create, edit, and deactivate trainings.
  • Assign trainings to collaborators.
  • Add or update completion dates for assignments.
  • Upload, download, or remove proof documents for an assignment.

    • Used to create, edit, or deactivate trainings.
  • Assignments

    • Tracks collaborator–training relationships.
    • Used to register completion dates and attach proof documents.
